•  May 2005, CEInet Corporation reached a cooperation agreement with U.S-based Global Insight Inc., a global leading economic information provider. The move indicated CEInet information products and services that began to explore international markets.

•  September 2004, CEInet Corporation and U.S-based R.M.S Company concluded an agreement to jointly deal with business account receivables. In March 2005, both of companies formally established a new company, CEInet (Beijing) United Receivable Management Co., Ltd.

•  January 2004, CEInet Corporation and the World Bank signed an Agreement of Cooperation on Long Distance Education to jointly build a global learning development network. CEInet took on its responsible for the construction of China's network and setting up a management center. At the end of 2004, China Western Region Development Distance Learning Network, a member of the global network, completed the construction.

•  October 2001, UN Global Environmental Facility Fund (GEF) supported CEInet Corporation that undertook a program to construct China Climate Change Information Network.

•  July 2001, CEInet Corporation and Lenovo Group (formerly known as Legend) signed an agreement of cooperation that CEInet Intranet platform would be equipped with full of computer products branded as Lenovo.

•  July 2001, CEInet Corporation and China Netcom signed a framework agreement of to start a strategic cooperation.

•  April 2001, CEInet Chairman Liu He and Netherland Ambassador to China signed an aid program agreement on Internet-based solution for China Industry Sustainable Development.

•  Spring 2001, CEInet Corporation held a share of stakes in an overseas joint venture co-invested with China Xin Networks Media Corporation (^CXN ̄). The new venture began trading on Nasdaq (Symbol: OTC) in earlier 2002.
