Wang Changsheng, Chairman, Board of Directors

Wang Changsheng is Chairman of the Board for CEInet Corporation. Mr. Wang had broad working experience in economic information management systems such as the national economic tracking and monitoring system, the macro-economic forecasting system.

Mr. Wang also holds various positions as Executive Deputy Director of the State Information Center, Director of the Academic Committee of the State Information Center, Executive Vice Director of China Information Industry Association, Executive Board of Directors in China Macro-Economy Association.

Mr. Wang is a government economist and as a post-doctor tutor in economics.

Li Kai, President & Chief Executive Officer

Li Kai is president and chief executive officer of CEInet Corporation. Mr. Li undertook and headed a series of economic research programs at home and abroad. Mr. Li had been awarded the Prize of Scientific Research Achievement that the National Development and Reform Commission funds.

Mr. Li also serves in public position as Vice Director of the State Information Center. He was a visiting scholar in London School of Economics and Political Sciences, and a senior visiting researcher in East Asian International Research Center of Japan.

Mr. Li undertakes Ph.D study on economics from Witten/Herdecke University of Germany and received a Master's Degree in economics from Renmin University of China.

Sun Daqi, Vice President, Technology

Sun Daqi is vice president and leads technology development of CEInet Corporation.

Mr. Sun also serves as Executive Board of Directors in Beijing Computer Society. He had been as a visiting scholar in University of Ghent in Belgium, participating in EU information system development. He was one of leaders responsible for China's key scientific and technological programs in the period of the 7th “Five-Year Plan” (1986-1990).

Mr. Sun holds a Master's Degree in engineering from Tsinghua University in China.

Wang Shengling, Vice President, Corporate Development

Wang Shengling is vice president and takes on a role of corporate development. Ms. Wang is a member of the Informatization Expert Committee of Zhejiang Province, serves as a consultant for Zhejiang Provincial Information Center, and as an Independent Board of Directors in the Advance Manufacturing Institute of Zhejiang Hong Kong Science and Technology University.

Ms. Wang directed a dozen of large and medium-scale projects, among which one was awarded the Prize of the National Science and Technology Advance, and four of projects won the prizes at ministry and provincial levels respectively.

Ms. Wang graduated from Tsinghua University with a major in Mathematics and Dynam.

Yang Yi, Vice President, Business Operations

Yang Yi is vice president and takes on responsibilities for business operations.

Prior to joining CEInet Corporation, Mr. Yang was a founder of Hainan Property Co., Ltd. and President of Wanxin Group. He has more than 10 years of business experiences in operation and management, especially in large-scale corporation groups across regions.

Mr. Yang graduated from Central South University with a Master's Degree in engineering.

Ou Shenping, Vice President, Marketing and Sales

Ou Shenping joined CEInet Corporation as vice president, who is responsible for marketing and sales of the company. Mr. Ou has working experience in banking and trust investment.

Mr. Ou also took on as executive director of the Financial and Securities Institute in Renmin University of China, and executive vice president of Kerui Group.

Mr. Ou is a senior researcher of the Financial and Securities Institute in Renmin University of China. He earned a Master's Degree in economics from Renmin University of China.
