• December 2001, CEInet Corporation hosted the 4th Annual Convention of China Development Forum.
• October 2001, CEInet Corporation set up a subsidiary, Zhejiang Information Co., Ltd., located in Hangzhou of Zhejiang Province.

• July 2000, CEInet Intranet System started up to transmit information databases into clients' Intranets via satellite communications.
1999
• April 1999, CEInet started up Electronic Data Exchange service for the ministries under the State Council to build the first high-ranking government information network.
• Since the beginning of 1999, CEInet has supplied content retrieval service at the NPC & CPPCC annual sessions for the 7 straight years. In March 2005, the General Office of the NPC Standing Committee delivered a letter to CEInet Corporation that highly praised the company's information service .
1998
• December 1998, CEInet New Strategy Press Conference was held in Beijing. It announced the strategic decision to transform the company's role into a leading provider of economic information contents from a portal website.
• November 1998, CEInet founded a United Forum composed of renowned economic research institutions in China.
